How to play the Gbm7 (F#m7) on your ukulele The Gbm7 can be a little challenging! We start with our index finger at the second fret of the G string and our middle finger on second fret of the E string. Then the ring finger plays the fourth fret of the C string and the pinky plays the fourth fret of the A string. Try to hold the fingertips straight up, of course the stretch of your hand will cause a little bend. Luckily the fingers are far enough apart that we at least have a lot of space and less worry of muted strings.
