To play the Bsus2 we place the tip of our index finger on the first fret of the C string. Then the middle finger goes on the second fret of the E string and the ring finger on the second fret of the A string. The hard part is now getting your pinky onto the fourth fret of the G string. It is a huge stretch, and it causes the other fingers to move out of place. It is hard not to mute nearby strings on this chord. Some players have better luck by using the index and middle to partially barre the first and second frets, that way the stretch of the pinky may be easier.
