Abm can be difficult as it uses all four fingers. We start by putting our index finger on the second fret of the A string, and the middle finger on the second fret of the C string. That was the easy part! Now the ring finger goes up to the fourth fret of the G string and the pinky also plays the fourth fret, but on the E string. We want to keep our fingers as straight up as possible, so we don’t deaden neighboring notes. You may need to adjust where you are fretting so your fingers fit, like the middle finger may need to be back further from the fret.
